Collagen Induction Therapy
One of our most innovative and proven-to-be effective treatments is skin needling with platelet rich plasma.
What is Collagen Induction Therapy?
As opposed plastic surgery, the Collagen Induction Therapy. CIT is an innovative skin micro needling and a fine lines treatment designed to stimulate cellular rejuvenation and helps any skin conditions and is done through microneedling session. Helping with reducing the appearance of acne scars, getting rid of nasolabial folds, stretch marks and skin tightening. Collagen Induction Therapy is blood that has been processed so all that remains is concentrated and enriched platelets. In a completely natural process, the body reacts to the pore size wounds by releasing growth factors that stimulate the production of new collagen and elastin.
At Eve On 21, we add Collagen Induction Therapy to our microneedling device and treatments, allowing the platelet-rich plasma to go deep into the dermis where it can work most effectively and takes this skin rejuvenation technique treatment for any skin type to a whole new level.

What can I expect from a skin needling treatment from my Skin Clinic?
To ensure optimal results after antiwrinkle injections, we recommend patients stay hydrated for skin concerns and use some antiwrinkle injections or relaxers in the days leading up to and after your appointment. Your skin may feel dry after the treatment so increasing water intake will help to combat this.
At your appointment, you will need to provide a blood test sample which is then placed immediately in a centrifuge which separates your blood into red blood cells and white blood cells. A topical numbing cream will then be applied and a handheld skin cell-needling device will be used to create hundreds of tiny channels in the skin. Finally, we inject a.k.a cosmetic injections and apply your Collagen Induction Therapy to your skin.
Post treatment, what can I expect?
Unfortunately with Collagen Induction Therapy results are not instantaneous for any skin type. But after a few sessions they do help reduce ache scars, stretch marks, fine lines and wrinkles. So as for your post treatment, you may immediately experience after the procedure:
- Mild bruising is also possible.
Once this subsides, very little change will initially be visible. However, over the following few weeks the platelets will stimulate the growth factors, which will assist in more collagen growth and visible results.
At Eve On 21 laser hair treatment and skin needling with Collagen Induction Therapy is customised to each woman and her skin rejuvenation goals. Some patients may only require a single treatment, once per year whereas for optimal results for others would require a series of 2-3 treatments spaced about 6-8 weeks apart.
